SAP US Payroll Processor with ADP Globalview Experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP US Payroll Processor with a deep understanding of ADP Globalview to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing payroll processes for our US employees using SAP. This role requires a strong attention to detail, compliance expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and federal regulations.
2. ADP Globalview Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of ADP Globalview to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll processes within the platform.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll data, including salary changes, deductions, and tax information.
4. Compliance: Stay informed about changes in US payroll tax laws and regulations, and ensure payroll practices are fully compliant.
5. Reporting: Generate payroll reports as needed, including tax filings, deductions, and benefits summaries.
6. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues promptly and efficiently.
7. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and processes.
8. Communication: Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth coordination of payroll-related activities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in SAP US Payroll processing.
– Thorough knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and tax compliance.
