Job Description
The role of Front Office Developer focuses on solving trade floor problems with advance analytics and trading algorithms supporting Gas, Power and Global Crude desks. Will develop entire solutions based on Python and other modern languages
Skill Requirements
- 5 years of Data Science including Machine Learning. AWS SageMaker desired. Jupyter notebook required. Candidate will demonstrate ML/AI end-to-end solution competency including real-world, production deployments. Candidate will demonstrate ability to rationalize model choices and parameter tuning competencies.
- > 5 years of Python experience. Key packages include: Pandas, Numpy, PYODBC
- > 10 years PL/SQL experience
- 10 years database design and coding within the context of solution delivery. Experience with more than one DBMS required including, but not limited to, MS SQL Server and/or Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL.
- > 10 years software development experience. SDLC competency for solution design, coding and deployment. Full lifecycle development experience required. Full solution eco-system experience a must – development of end-to-end solution eco-systems.
- AWS experience strongly desired including services like RDS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, Cloudwatch
- Broad infrastructure knowledge – demonstrated knowledge of the infra stack as necessary to develop cutting edge solutions
