Role & Responsibility
- Identify and qualify business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
 - Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and industry events.
 - Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and perform product demos.
 - Understand client requirements and assist in proposal creation, RFP/RFQ responses, and pricing.
 - Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized IT solutions.
 - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
 - Create sales collateral like pitch decks and case studies.
 - Track leads and manage communication through CRM tools.
 - Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
 - Share client feedback and market insights to refine sales strategies.
 
Skill Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong understanding of IT sales or pre-sales processes.
 - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and emerging technology trends.
 - Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
 - Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
 
Additional Preferred Requirements
- Experience with B2B IT services sales (e.g., web/mobile app development, cloud, or consulting).
 - Exposure to startup environments and business development activities.
 - MBA (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
 
Experience
- Prior experience in IT services sales or pre-sales preferred.
 - Freshers with strong communication skills and business acumen are also encouraged to apply.
